Pregnancy Morning Retreat - Winter
Come and relax, connect and take some time for YOU in your pregnancy.
This two hour morning retreat is an opportunity for you to nurture, nourish and rest deeply. You will be guided through journalling, movement and breathwork practices, which help to calm your mind and find a space of relaxation. We will make sure you are cosy with blankets, cushions and wonderfully relaxing essential oils. You will be guided through a wonderful visualisation, followed by a deep relaxation to really help you to rest. While you are experiencing all of this, you may just pick up some movement, breathing and self care tools that can support your pregnancy, birth and beyond.
