Exclusively for women
As we enter the season of Spring, the theme of the morning retreat will be to Awaken, Nourish and Replenish. We will explore these themes through movement, breathwork and guided meditation.
We will begin with an awakening and uplifting movement practice, encouraging energy to move around the body. We will support this with guided breath and sound techniques.
Then we’ll slow it all down, exploring ways to down-regulate the nervous system to find calm. There will be opportunity for slow, restorative movement, and a guided meditation.
The retreat will continue with a guided relaxation and a cosy, nourishing rest - some well needed time to replenish and recharge. We will conclude with some herbal tea and a bit of time for a chat / reflection. You’ll leave feeling calm, re-energised and ready for Spring!
What can I expect?
A 2 hour retreat which will include:
A slow, flowing yoga practice
Some breathing and sound techniques to help calm the nervous system
A restorative movement practice and guided relaxation
Tea and time for reflection

This workshop will be limited to 6 students to allow for personal guidance
