“I have done a mixture of Ro’s postnatal classes (in person) and online pregnancy classes and would definitely recommend both. I think the pregnancy classes are a great mix of work to accommodate the physical changes of pregnancy and the emotional preparation for motherhood. I did the postnatal classes with my first baby and they are a really good way of stretching out the aches and pains of early motherhood but also SO baby friendly, Ro has a great way of making a friendly environment so babies and mums feel relaxed and you don’t have to worry about baby crying, being hungry or needing feeding etc and don’t worry, sometimes your baby will be the crying one, then it will be someone else’s next week but it genuinely doesn’t matter! Ro also incorporates ways of bonding with your baby during the class which makes it a fun experience for both xx”

”Having just had a baby I have been to a few of Ro’s post natal classes. She is an excellent teacher, her classes usually have a focus but you come away feeling like your full body has been worked. They are a fantastic idea for any new mother as a stress release and good body work out too. I have practised yoga on and off for over 10 years and been to many different teachers, Ro is one of the best teachers I’ve had, she works your body and guides you along the way reminding you about breathing and the muscle groups you are aiming to use. She covers all levels and you can chose to push yourself as much as you feel comfortable with. A great teacher and class!”

”Ro is a very knowledgeable yoga teacher. She makes you feel like you are capable of ANYTHING- just by her words and demeanour. Everyone should spend time at her classes- they are good for the soul! I especially like the classes she runs at her woodland yurt- the space has a kind of magical quality- I always leave there feeling so grounded and grateful.. There is no ego in Ro’s classes- she accepts beginners and old yogis and treats us all the same, and we all leave happy. She’s a really fabulous teacher.”

”I have attended both Ro's postnatal and regular Flow yoga sessions as well as various workshops over the last two years. I could not be happier. For me, Ro offers a perfect balance between the spiritual and physical side of yoga. There is no pressure to "succeed" and a lot of emphasis on listening to your own body every week. Her online classes during lockdown have been a real anchor too. Her programme varies each week and there is a new theme every month. I always emerge grounded and energised, but also feeling like I've had a good workout. Just wonderful!”

”Ro is an incredible yoga teacher, she is patient, empathetic, highly knowledgable and has an infectious passion for what she does. I have seen her work with novices through to more experienced students and she offers fantastic support and guidance no matter your level of yoga practice. I came to Ro via her post natal yoga class which is a great reason to get out of the house with your baby but have also taken her evening Vinyasa flow class which was a good pace and challenging whilst not feeling like a race or too fast!”

Her online set up is fantastic and you genuinely still feel very much part of her group classes. No matter what frazzled state I arrive at the class in, I leave feeling revived and energised. The classes offer lots of variety, with a different theme each month, and you can push yourself as much or as little as you want. Ro is always on hand to offer adaptations to the poses depending upon what works for you, so the class is suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis alike. Ro is calm, intuitive, and inspiring and I can't recommend the classes enough. She (and her magical Woodland Yurt) are real assets to Winchmore Hill!”
