Private / 1:1 Yoga 


Private yoga classes are an invaluable way to gain personalised tuition, whether you are looking to establish or develop your yoga practice, or are working with an injury or condition. People often contact me when they are looking to support themselves during a life event, are craving some self care or time, or have an interest in deepening their own yoga practice.

Sessions are typically 1:1, however I also work with couples or small groups of up to 5 people.

I offer private tuition to all students, and my areas of specialism are within women’s health:
- menstrual health
- fertility / conception journey
- pregnancy and postpartum
- perimenopause / menopause

What can I expect? 
Sessions together typically include some / all of the following -

Movement (Asana): The physical practice of yoga which is dependent upon your personal needs, symptoms or injuries.

- Breathwork (Pranayama): We explore techniques to up and down regulate your nervous system, and breathwork that can improve your asana (movement) practice.

- Meditation/Concentration (Dharana): Begin or deepen your existing mediation practice and explore various mediation techniques / types.

-Rest (Nidra): Experience guided deep rest, which can calm the nervous system and help to reduce stress.

When and Where?
Classes can be held live at The Retreat, N21, online via Zoom, or at your home / garden.
