Exclusively for women
This women’s workshop is an opportunity to learn more about your menstrual cycle, and how we can support the body and mind through guided movement, breath and meditation practices. This workshop is suitable for all women, including those on a fertility journey, and women without a regular cycle.
We will explore the various chapters of our cycle and how our energy levels may change throughout them. This allows us space to understand what and how we can look after and nurture both our body and mind using yoga and breath.
What can I expect?
A morning workshop , which will include:
A guided meditation to calm the mind
An exploration of the elements within our cycle and the differences between them
A slow, flowing movement practice, exploring the benefits of various styles to suit our needs at various times in our lives
A guided relaxation
