Exclusively for women
This nourishing workshop is exclusively for women. We will move the body slowly and kindly, exploring the shifts to the nervous system to help find calm. We will look at how we breathe and ways to breathe more effectively. As well as that we will learn and practice breathing techniques, which can be used in moments of stress / anxiety and help to maintain a calm and balanced mind. Towards the end, we will move through a guided meditation, and give ourselves some well needed time to restore and recharge. You’ll leave feeling calm, re-energised and ready for the weekend!
What can I expect?
A 105 minute workshop , which will include:
A slow, flowing yoga practice
Some breathing techniques to help calm the nervous system
A restorative movement practice and guided relaxation

This workshop will be limited to 6 students to allow for personal guidance
