This nourishing workshop is exclusively for women
Our breath is a constant monitor of the body and mind, yet how often to we tune in and listen to it? The more we can understand the breath, the more we can utilise it to benefit our everyday living. In this workshop we will consider:
How we breathe
Ways to breathe more effectively
Breath techniques for real life - stress, anxiety, fatigue
We will move slowly and kindly, exploring the shifts to the nervous system to help find calm.
Towards the end, you will experience a guided meditation, and have some well needed time to restore and recharge. You’ll leave feeling calm, re-energised and ready for the weekend!
What can I expect?
A 105 minute workshop , which will include:
A slow, flowing yoga practice
Breathing techniques to help calm the nervous system
A restorative movement practice and guided relaxation

This workshop will be limited to 6 students to allow for personal guidance
