Exclusively for women
As we enter the season of Autumn, this is an opportunity for you to find your feet again after the wildness of Summer. The theme of the morning retreat will be to Ground, Reset and Reflect. We will explore these themes through movement, breathwork, guided meditation and deep rest.
We will begin with an steady, flowing movement practice, encouraging energy to move around the body. We will support this with guided breath and sound techniques.
Then we’ll slow it all down, exploring grounding ways to down-regulate the nervous system through movement and breath to find calm - slow and restorative.
You can then get really comfortable with blankets, eye bags and essential oils, and bed in for a delicious guided meditation, and a time for you to rest and reset.
We will conclude with some herbal tea and a bit of time for a chat / reflection. You’ll leave feeling calm, re-energised and ready for what Autumn has to offer.
What can I expect?
A 2 hour retreat which will include:
A slow, flowing yoga practice
Breathing and sound techniques to help calm the nervous system
A restorative movement practice and guided relaxation
Tea and time for reflection
