Exclusively for women
This is time for YOU! Two hours of time to Reflect, Rest and Recharge. We will commence the morning with a guided meditation focused on self reflection. Following this we will move the body, with emphasis on slow, flowing movements to release tension and free your joints. This will be accompanied by sound and breath techniques to unblock stagnant energy and help you to feel re-energised. After this we will take time for supported rest, using blankets, cushions and wonderfully relaxing essential oils. The morning will conclude with a warm tea and sweet treat.
