A monthly rest for women
Give yourself some well needed time to slow down and recharge. This 90 minute monthly morning practice is an opportunity to calm the body and mind, and retreat from the outside world for a little while. We will focus our attention on helping the body and mind to slow down through floor based movements, breath techniques and guided meditation. You’ll experience supported deep rest using blankets, cushions and wonderfully relaxing essential oils. You’re guaranteed to leave feeling calm, re-energised and ready for the weekend!
The theme of each Slow Down and Recharge morning will be gently guided by the season
What can I expect?
A 90 minute morning practice, which will include:
Slow, floor based movement
Breathing and sound techniques to help calm the nervous system
Guided deep rest (yoga nidra) with essential oils
Time for reflection
Other Information
This workshop will be limited to 10 students to allow for personal guidance
Suitable for all women including pregnant people, new mothers, and beginners to yoga
