Exclusively for women
It is time to celebrate the transition from Winter to Spring! Open and awaken the body to new life energy, through a heart opening movement practice. Spend the morning in The Woodland Yurt, surrounded by trees and a stream, warmed by a log fire. We will move our bodies through a dynamic, flowing practice to music, before retreating to our mats, with eyebags and blankets to experience a long restful guided meditation.
What can I expect?
A 90 minute practice , which will include:
A dynamic, flowing yoga practice
An introduction to heart opening and backbend postures
A restorative movement practice and guided relaxation
The session will end with warm tea and space to relax
