Exclusively for women
This 90 minute nourishing workshop is exclusively for women. The morning will be spent at The Woodland Yurt, surrounded by trees and a stream, with the log fire lit. We will move the body slowly and kindly, slowing down the nervous system to help find calm. We will explore some breathing practices, experience a guided meditation, and give ourselves some well needed time to restore and recharge. You’ll leave feeling calm, re-energised and ready for the weekend!
What can I expect?
A 90 minute workshop , which will include:
A slow, flowing yoga practice
Some breathing techniques to help calm the nervous system
A restorative movement practice and guided relaxation

This workshop will be limited to 6 students to allow for personal guidance
