Exclusively for women
As we begin the transition from Autumn to Winter, this workshop is an opportunity to warm the body, bring attention to the mind, and learn some poses and techniques that can aid you though the colder months. We will move the body through a steady, flowing yoga practice, with a focus on the breath. We will take time to experience two breath techniques - one to awaken and recharge the body when we feel tired and fatigued, and one to help calm and soothe us when we need to rest. This will be followed by a guided meditation in a cosy setting - surrounded by a log fire, blankets and eye bags, and some time to chill with warm tea.
What can I expect?
A 90 minute workshop , which will include:
A steady, flowing yoga practice
Some breath techniques to help awaken the mind, and bring calm when needed
A restorative movement practice and guided relaxation
Warm tea and nourishing treats
