Overview
This 90 minute nourishing workshop is exclusively for women. The morning will be spent moving the body slowly and kindly, slowing down the nervous system to help find calm. We will explore some breathing practices, experience a guided meditation, and give ourselves some well needed time to restore and recharge. You’ll leave feeling calm, re-energised and ready for the weekend!
What can I expect?
A 90 minute workshop , which will include:
A slow, flowing yoga practice
Some breathing techniques to help calm the nervous system
A restorative movement practice and guided relaxation

This workshop will be limited to 6 students to allow for personal guidance
