Overview
This workshop is aimed at students with an existing yoga practice. We will explore some key poses in depth, and look at how we can use breath and subtle physical changes to strengthen and develop our practice.
What can I expect?
A 90 minute workshop , which will include:
A strong, flowing yoga practice to warm and energise the body
A deep dive into arm balances (including crow and crane variations), and standing balances (including bird of paradise)
A slow, restorative cool down and guided relaxation

This workshop will be limited to 8 students to allow for personal guidance
