The warmth and light of Summer is arriving! Celebrate the transitioning seasons with a morning of energising, uplifting movement and breathwork.
Spend the morning in The Woodland Yurt, surrounded by trees and a stream, and if the weather is pleasant, we will open the doors to let the fresh air and sunshine in. We will move our bodies through a dynamic, flowing practice to music, before retreating to our mats, with eyebags and blankets to experience a long restful guided meditation.
What can I expect?
A 90 minute practice , which will include:
A dynamic, flowing yoga practice
An introduction to balances and effective transitions
A restorative movement practice and guided relaxation
The session will end with warm tea and space to relax

This workshop will be limited to 6 students to allow for personal guidance
