Yoga is an invaluable tool throughout pregnancy. It encourages women to develop strength and flexibility, and tune into their body and mind on their journey to motherhood. Our bodies know what to do - we can learn to listen in and trust ourselves.
What can I expect?
Classes are a mixture of movement, breath awareness and mediation, and we always have a rest towards the end. Birth preparation is woven through classes as we explore relaxation techniques, breath work and birthing positions.
When can I start?
Pregnancy yoga classes are suitable for women from 14 weeks to labour. Don't worry if you have never been to a yoga class before - now is a great time to start!
Class Information
Weekly group classes run on
Tuesdays 6.30-7.30pm at The Friends Meeting House, N21
&
Thursdays 1-2pm at The Retreat, N21 - my home studio
Tuesday 6.30-7.30pm
Thursday 1-2pm
Private classes are currently available online via Zoom, from The Retreat, N21 in Winchmore Hill, or I can come to your home.
