Birth Doula Services
As an experienced yoga teacher and doula, I offer a wealth of experience working with pregnant and birthing people, and I lean on my learnings to ensure my offerings are individual and right for you. After all, your journey through pregnancy, birth and postpartum is unique. This is a time for you to be listened to and heard, to be treated with autonomy and respect. My role is to ensure you feel supported, understood and seen. I will offer information and advice where you would like it, and your wishes and choices will be respected by me.

Birth & Postpartum Doula Package
Includes:
- 7 hours of Antenatal Visits
- 1 x Pregnancy Yoga Class
- WhatsApp 1:1 support during pregnancy and for 6 weeks postpartum
- Birth Attendance
- 4 hours of Postpartum Visits

These visits are for us to get to know each other, and to chat and discuss your labour and birth. Here is what we typically cover…
Session 1:
The mind & body connection
What is hypnobirthing and how does it relate to your birth
Understanding your nervous system and working with your hormones
Realising and releasing any anxiety held around birth
Learning to trust your body and your baby
Writing and creating personal affirmations
Session 2:
The role of your birth partner
Reviewing your options and preferences for birth
Choosing the right birth environment for you
Working on confidence and communication with your birth team
Preparing for the unknown and the unexpected in the best way
Each visit is typically around 2.5 hours

This session is for you and your birth partner to learn and practice techniques that will support you through your labour and birth. You’ll learn the significance of the connection of your body and mind and how you can nurture this throughout your pregnancy to support your labour and birth.
We explore
Movement, breath and sound
Rebozo and massage techniques
Hurdles you may encounter and ways to overcome them
How movement, positioning and listening in can really change your experience of labour and birth
Your birth partner’s role in your journey, how to support and advocate for you, and the power of your connection
This session is around 2 hours.

I will be on call for you 10 days before your estimated due date, until your baby’s arrival.
My phone is on, my bag is packed, and I am there for you when you need me.
During your labour I can come to your home or the hospital. I will stay with you until your baby is born, and usually for a couple of hours afterwards.

These visits are to support you through your recovery after birth. As a traditional postpartum doula and yoga teacher, my offerings are wide and very dependent on your needs. The aim is to ensure you feel feel held, supported and looked after through offerings including:
Nourishing teas and herbs
Abdominal and foot massage using specific oils
Belly wrapping
Recipes for nourishing postpartum meals and snacks
Birth debrief
Education on your physical experiences and ways to support your recovery
Techniques to support your pelvic floor, abdominal separation and breathing
And perhaps most importantly, a space where you are listened to and heard.Each visit is around 90 minutes
